Coronavirus (Covid-19) update

Here at Hall Aitken we are keeping a close eye on how the coronavirus pandemic develops across the country.  As the situation unfolds we are committed to prioritising the wellbeing of our employees and customers.

On the advice of health officials and the World Health Organisation we are stepping up our efforts to minimise the risk to people in the community. We are considering and implementing options such as working from home, limiting travel, and ensuring staff observe strict hygiene routines. We are taking our responsibility seriously.

We use Microsoft Teams to communicate internally and will be extending this to work with clients, through calls, video conferencing, and secure file sharing. For clients who do not have this capacity we can use Skype, Zoom, or Google Hangouts for group calls and/or a replacement for face to face conversations. We can share files securely using SharePoint, Dropbox or WeTransfer. We will agree the best form of communication to suit each of our clients.

We will put in place plans to mitigate risks we have identified which are likely, such as illness of our staff and client’s staff. Group sessions and face to face contact may be more difficult or impossible to arrange. There may also be travel restrictions. We will keep our delivery under constant review and agree an approach with each client to suit their needs. 

The way we can go about our business may be affected but we are working hard to ensure business is as normal as we can make it.
